Approximately, when does my supply rate take effect?
It depends on your meter read date. Generally, you will see the rate take affect between 1-2 billing cycles. To avoid delays, please make sure you accurately enter all of your customer information while enrolling.
Will my local utility company or provider service my account?
Yes, in fact you remain a customer of your local utility company, or provider. We are just the supplier. They continue to provide billing, repairs, and of course gas.
Will there be any interruption when the change of my electric supplier occurs?
Nope, not at all. You won't even see a flicker. It is a seamless transition and the only thing you will notice is your new electric rate! It's that easy.
Who do I pay or who will send me my bill?
Your current utility provider. Whomever bills you now will still bill, service, and make repairs as needed.
